I have looked at the Zeezok Music Appreciation series from afar for many years but have never had the opportunity to see it up close or use it in our family. I was so excited last week to find out that the Zeezok company is offering a Music Appreciation Book 1 for the Elementary Grades (the whole set!) for a giveaway for Music in Our Homeschool readers. I’ll also be receiving a set which will be reviewed here at the site after I use it with my children in the next few weeks.

I’ve only seen the samples of the activity book so far, but it looks like so much fun. There are activities for the following subjects that relate to the composer being studied:

I’m really looking forward to popping these into the car while we’re driving around town, as well as loading them on my phone so we can listen to them anywhere.

This activity book isn’t a typical “made-by-homeschooler” type of product. (Now, I’m not knocking those too much. I create those myself!) But I do love a professionally-produced product every now and then. And this is certainly one of those. Just check out the samples!

The ease of use, with all of the elements together in one set, looks great!
You could never go wrong with Classical music and this sets looks like it fits the bill!
Our first introduction to Zeezook Music was their Fran Schubert book. It was fantastic & we learned so much. I highly recommend this series.

This looks like a nice all-in-one resource for music appreciation. That’s exactly why we aren’t already doing it in our homeschool (other than just piano lessons)–because it’s too hard for me to put together.
