I adore this gorgeous high-quality ukulele that made its way to America all the way from French Polynesia! Take a look below at my review of the Soprano Fakarava Ukulele from Upa Upa Tahiti.
Disclosure: I received this ukulele for free I order to honestly review it here.
Soprano Fakarava Ukulele
We have a few cheap ukuleles here at our house, which makes it really easy to recognize the higher quality in the soprano Fakarava ukulele both in its tone quality and its feel. The ukulele has a gorgeous resonant sound. Even without playing it, just holding this ukulele you can tell that it’s well-made, strong, and sturdy.
The soprano Fakarava ukulele has a body made of laminated Koa from Hawaii, a neck of solid mahogany, a deck of solid walnut, and strings of nylon aquila.
The soprano uke arrives well packed and with a padded carrying case and two picks, plus a couple of stickers!
Video Review
The video above features my daughter playing, but I’m really looking forward to learning to play myself. Keep a lookout for a future lesson on how to play the ukulele!
